5/2/26 - bench/deadlift 5s

I may have overdone it with the work workouts. This session sucked. Bare minimum on lifts and i wasn't powerful enough to practice aerials productively. I ended up using the time to practice a spinning crescent kick into cartwheel. I want to incorporate more combos and flows to actually develop my acrobatic movement as a whole. 

At work I tested myself on the Cindy WOD because I wanted to less skilled work. I underestimated how tired I was but I PRd.... barely.
