4/20/26 - deadlift/ bench 3s
My deadlifts were flying on this day. I'm not sure why my performance seems so inconsistent, but the commonality in these stand-out sessions is that i do them at LA fitness. I checked to make sure the bar isn't lighter. Maybe I have more grip on the floor with my shoes? Maybe the floor in my back yard isn't perfectly level? Not sure, but I'll take a good day when it comes. I even did a few joker sets. I haven't lifted so heavy in a long time. Apparently, my legs are much stronger than my back because that's where I got the doms. I gave so much to the deadlifts that my acrobatics suffered. Very low power.
