4/8/26 deadlift/bench 531

The deadlift top set was a big surprise. This was one of my better performances with that weight and I only stopped because I forgot my straps and had to alternate mixed grips between reps. Bench top set sucked and I can confidently blame the scrappy equipment at the LA fitness. Garbage Bench. 

Acrobatic practice was productive yet again. I feel like I could be landing my aerial reps at this point, but I'm so used to using my hand position as reference that there's a block with taking them out of equation.
