4/11/26 - work calisthenics upper

My goal here was just to get a nice all around upper workout in 30 minutes and I'm happy to say I succeeded. I trialed gironda pullups. Great movement. Chinups felt amazing on the little makeshift bar I use. The pre-fatigue on my biceps kept the rep count for curls under control.

As for pushes, I tried doing full ROM handstand pushups on the wall and failed miserably. My overhead strength is the weakest it's ever been, plus I'm still 30lbs heavier than when I used to do them a decade ago. At least I'm getting more efficient at performing Pike pushups. I think I can build the strength back up quickly while keeping my weight down. Pseudo Planche pushups were a lot easier than usual. Of course the rep count was limited by fatigue. On a whim i tried diamond pushups over regular pushups as a finisher. I think this is the first time I've ever done them correctly because I actually felt them isolating my triceps.
