3/24/26 - W2D1 Acrobatics and Conditioning v2

I went into this session at LA fitness with only 4 hours of broken sleep. I had to skip hip thrusts and wasnt able to do acrobatics at home. Despite that I loved this session.  I pushed myself on the squats and was FINALLY able to do more than the bare minimum.  Press still feels week but it's an improvement over last week and I was tired.

105 x 10,10,7

Assisted chin-up 
-50lbs x 13, 13, 8
