9/3/25 - work calisthenics legs
I was limited in time for this workout. I did what I thought was most important, but I ended up leaving out shiko, van dam lifts and wide squats, the latter is redundant now with my bear programming.

Ive been getting better and better at these. My reps might be a bit lower because I just did a hefty amount of leg lifting yesterday.

I definitely need more practice. The balance is really hard for me right now. I had to stop early because my right groin tendon (?) Has been hurting a lot. Sadly im going to have to put this movement on hold. It might actually benefit me in the long run to put more focus on pistols and replace these reps with dragon holds until I feel better.

B stance RDLS are always great but I think I cpuld improve my form by pushing my hips back more. Right now Im getting more hamstring activation than I wanted. Sissy squats were rough.
