9/2/25 - Return to Russian Bear

Ive had a hard time logging my training. I haven't stopped. Ive done a lot of calisthenics and acrobatics up to this point. I have a ton of drafts saved that I haven't published. Today im going to try and get back on the wagon with posting my logs.

I made HUGE progress. I've gotten a better grasp on how to jump with my leading leg. Lots of consistent air.

I decided to use the side press over the OHP for more stability gains, im hoping for a strong carry over into handstand work.

Deep zercher sumo lifts

I chose this odd lift for my lower body lift because its glute dominant and I use this position a lot in my daily life. I was humbled by the lower weight I was able to handle.
