9/15/25 531 W1D1 Lower 1

My adductor injury was limiting my squats so I did the minimum. Otherwise fantastic day. My aerial progress inches forward yet again. Squat 5/3/1 275 x 5 top set Acrobatics 15:00 Hip Thrust @ 325 11,6,5 Sumo Deadlift @ 185 6,5,7 

9/4/25 work calisthenics upper

I had a pretty amazing session at work today. My plan is to do 2 bear workouts with the barbell at home and 2-4 calisthenics sessions at work.  ---SS--- Headstand pushup back to wall 1,2,2,1 Chinup 11,7,7,5 My headstand pushups haven't been improving, which is weird considering I saw improvements everywhere else this session. Maybe I'm fatigued from the besr workout a few days ago? Chinups are looking and feeling amazing. I've matched these reps before, but I didn't feel this stable doing them. ---SS--- Elevated pike pushup 7,5,5,5 Archer Inverted row (a) 18,14,12,12 Elevated pike numbers arent going up because im able to put myself in more disadvantaged leverages, progress. Numbers are finally going up on the Archer inv rows. My bicep hurts a lot less this time ---SS--- Pseudo planche pushup  9,7,6 Shortbell hammer curl  16,11,8 Numbers up on both of these. 9/3/25 - work calisthenics legs

I was limited in time for this workout. I did what I thought was most important, but I ended up leaving out shiko, van dam lifts and wide squats, the latter is redundant now with my bear programming.  Pistol squat  5,9,6 Ive been getting better and better at these. My reps might be a bit lower because I just did a hefty amount of leg lifting yesterday.  Elevated Dragon squat 1,1 I definitely need more practice. The balance is really hard for me right now. I had to stop early because my right groin tendon (?) Has been hurting a lot. Sadly im going to have to put this movement on hold. It might actually benefit me in the long run to put more focus on pistols and replace these reps with dragon holds until I feel better.  ---superset--- B stance RDL with short bell behind back and long bell in hand 16,13,12 Sissy squat 1,1,0.5 --- B stance RDLS are always great but I think I cpuld improve my form by pushing my hips back more. 9/2/25 - Return to Russian Bear

Ive had a hard time logging my training. I haven't stopped. Ive done a lot of calisthenics and acrobatics up to this point. I have a ton of drafts saved that I haven't published. Today im going to try and get back on the wagon with posting my logs. 30 jumps 15:00 acrobatics  I made HUGE progress. I've gotten a better grasp on how to jump with my leading leg. Lots of consistent air.  --- superset--- Side press (e) 55, 1x5 50, 1x5 45 5x5 Chins ~8x5 --- I decided to use the side press over the OHP for more stability gains, im hoping for a strong carry over into handstand work. Deep zercher sumo lifts 135, 1x5 120, 1x5 110, 6x5 I chose this odd lift for my lower body lift because its glute dominant and I use this position a lot in my daily life. I was humbled by the lower weight I was able to handle.
