I had a pretty amazing session at work today. My plan is to do 2 bear workouts with the barbell at home and 2-4 calisthenics sessions at work. ---SS--- Headstand pushup back to wall 1,2,2,1 Chinup 11,7,7,5 My headstand pushups haven't been improving, which is weird considering I saw improvements everywhere else this session. Maybe I'm fatigued from the besr workout a few days ago? Chinups are looking and feeling amazing. I've matched these reps before, but I didn't feel this stable doing them. ---SS--- Elevated pike pushup 7,5,5,5 Archer Inverted row (a) 18,14,12,12 Elevated pike numbers arent going up because im able to put myself in more disadvantaged leverages, progress.
