6/21/25 - hip thrusts

My sleep was poor and it's been 4 or 5 days since I last trained.  I still felt terrible going into this session.  I believe fatigue has caught up to me on the Full Body #16 template.  Even so my hip thrust performance was great. My RPE was much lower than the last time I hit 10 reps
