5/22/25 531 W3D2+3 combo Deadlift and press top set
Sadly I had missed a training day. Instead of continuing where I left off as-written I did my deadlift 531 work instead of hip thrusts. I didnt want to have too many gaps between squat days and I also wanted to free up my training days to accommodate a potential new template.

I remember being a little tired on this day. The weight felt heavy, but my form was phenomenal. Legs and torso were in harmony. These were definitely 6 AWESOME reps. The RPE wasn't very high. I lost focus and couldn't break a 7th rep off the floor.

I let myself try different moves on this day because I felt unfocused and didnt have a lot of power. I did some roundoffs, macacos and cartwheels.

This was disappointing. I really thought I was going to do more. My press does better with more volume and more frequency. I'm simply not doing enough.
Chinups

I love seeing my numbers come up. Im adding volume slowly Paul Anderson style. My reasoning for this is that I want to build a base for the SKILL of hanging, just like I've done for my single leg work.
Falcon Knee squats
+ long stride standing lunge
+ flash squat(?)
6,8,4 + 8 + 6
I had very hard time. Like I mentioned before, I was tired and my balance was shaky. I tried to do some lunges but balance was hurting me more than my glutes. I ended up doing flash squats with form that was more like a single leg squat than a step-back into the bottom position. I'll explore this form further.
