I really wanted to beat my PR but I at least managed to match it with an easier effort. Same with the second set. I was able to push that extra rep on the last set though.

The warmups felt HEAVY. I didnt think I was going to get more than the minimum but when I unpacked the top set it was as if I was being magically assisted. I aimed to at least break last cycles top set and actually managed to do it.
Cossack squat (each)

Originally I wanted to do a true single leg squat variation but my ass was cooked. I chose cossacks to stretch out my adductors and to get some lateral work in. The glute stimulus was pretty good.

I'm starting to get a lot better at these. The 5x5 is starting to feel easy. I think im going to start adding reps to the mandatory work. 5x6?

Perhaps I should do these directly after my leg work. This is the second time I'm pooped at this point of the session. In any case I focused on kicking my legs with more intention. When I reviewed the footage I looked more graceful and powerful compared to my previous efforts. Unfortunately I had a hard time syncing my torso with my legs so I didnt get any of those "closer to an aerial" reps.
