4/25/25 531 W3D3 Bench and Squat FSL.

Squat FSL
245 5x5
I did the "20 deep breath" rest scheme again. Form was pristine. As I mentioned previously: I'm going to repeat the TM. This time I may consider doing a 3x10 @ FSL with the supplemental. 

Bench top set
215 x 5
It felt better than last session but I suspect I'm having form issues because my bench is literally falling apart. I don't feel as stable as I should. 
Fat bar Rows (between bench)
175 5x5

First set felt rough but the proceeding sets felt very nice. I like how my strength is progressing. 

Cartwheels (15:00)
I recorded my sets again. I'm inching closer to the aerial. My leg momentum feels good. This time I'm keeping them straighter, but I may be directing my force too low. I can't seem to keep my torso completely airborne.  

I contemplated another 15:00 but my form started getting sloppy on my last few sets.
