4/13/25 - 531 W2D2 Press and Hip Thrust 3xf

Thanks to the dumb ass dog waking me up I only got 3 hours of sleep. I couldn't hold my workout off another day. 

Press top set

This moved surprisingly well. I stopped the set due to fatigue, not local muscular soreness.

These also moved very well. I meant to do an amrap set but I forgot...  Oops. 

Hip thrust @ 500lb
5,5,1
I did hip thrusts in place of deadlift FSLs to spare my CNS. I tried to at least match my PR with the first two sets but it didn't happen. The last set ended up being a single, but a very solid one. 

I didn't do any cartwheel practice today because I was very pressed for time and had done unofficial practice on a trampoline play area for the last two days.
