It felt "heavy" but I was able to lift it very explosively.

This felt surprisingly good.
My deload went pretty well all around. Training maxes all moved comfortably. The remainder of my program is non-widowmaker work and a PR set week. I want to use these next 3 weeks to work on cardio/conditioning.
