4/6/26 - squat/ohp 531

Due to the unpredictability of my schedule, I just decided to change the program so that I do an upper/lower main lift and a pull as non-negotiables for my lifting. My squat felt really good warming up, but I misgrooved on my top set and felt unsafe. Perhaps I could have done more. I accidentally under-loaded my OHP.... No issue since I didn't hit a good rep count anyway. I'll be repeating the TM for both lifts.

Acrobatics went well at least. I felt powerful and improved on my back handspring confidence as well as my aerial rotation. I felt as if I unlocked slower time perception. I can consciously make movements in the brief moments I'm airborne.
