4/22/26 - squat/Press 5/3/1 day
A mixed session. My squat felt a LOT better this cycle. Very stable. Only 3 reps, but 3 awesome reps. My trunk is adapting. Press felt very good during the warmup but I couldn't get a single rep in on my top set. Very unexpected. I'm going to take it as a fluke. Both squat and press will remain the same. I want to hit 5 awesome reps before i consider raising my squat.

Acrobatic practice went very well. I felt powerful enough that I started attempts to take my hands away. It messes with my form, but having the confidence to even initiate is a huge deal.

My body was far too fatigued to do any real work on dragon squats. At least the isolation work felt good
