4/13/26 - bench/deadlift 5s

I expected more out of my top sets, especially after that last Deadlift day.  Oh well, at least the acrobatics went well.  I can pretty much do the aerial, I'm almost jumping over my fully extended arms. I just need to lift them.

Deadlift 5s top set
285 x 6

Neutral grip chinups
12, 10, 8
