4/10/26 Squat/Press 5s + work calisthenics core

My squat generally feels pretty good until I get to my top set. At least I got one more than last cycle.... Press felt weak on this day too. This was my 4th day in a row doing some sort of leg movement, maybe that's the issue. 

As for my work workout, I chose to pair glute isolation with abs because my legs were definitely too tired to do more squats. Matching the reps was completely unintentional. I had to double check to make sure I added them correctly. Likewise with the round count. 8 rounds of abs and 8 rounds of glutes.... 64 reps each haha.
