I have been very bad about logging my after-work sessions.  I've missed two of them. I usually get occupied with something else and then by the time I remember, my next workout rolls along. In any case, I use my after-work sessions as a lighter day. I don't have a lot of time to train and a lot of times I'm also very tired. Deadlifts felt very strong on this day. Shiko feel amazing. I want to sneak more shiko in my week because I like LARPing as a sumo wrestler.

My squats are starting to feel strong again. Chin-up CVT went MUCH better this time. Better reps and I chose a much better regression. Push-ups certainly improved.  I can't wait to graduate out of basic pushups and girl pushups haha. I honestly think a lot about how people train themselves to bust out 100+ reps in ONE set of pushups. Hypertrophy and strength are my main goals for now, so once I hit my 5x20 I'm just going to progress to a harder movement.

Single leg CVT is starting to get difficult. I need more rest between legs because I'm beginning to push these sets further and further. Even so, I managed a rep PR and volume PR on single leg squats. My bulgarian split squats also saw a major rep PR! I laid down on the floor for 5 minutes after, went to the restroom and resumed with hip thrusts. Having such a large break let me hit them hard. I was toasted afterwards but also had real life responsibilities to tend to. Since my workout was already at the 90 minute mark, I had to end my session.
